our outreach activities
We are committed to inspiring the next generation of future engineers and future leaders of our world.
Apart from the development of our amazing ROV, we are having a positive impact on our community.
Through multiple outreach activities, we are trying to raise the public's awareness and help the UK reimagining what "engineering" means in the 21st century.
01
MAKER FAIR UK
Our team members had a chance of showcasing the ROV on the Maker Faire, one of the biggest events of this kind in the UK. The event brought together 300 makers, inventors and in generally speaking creative people from various fields to share their ideas and creations with others!
02
Exploring STEM for Girls
We believe in the importance of the "Explore STEM for Girls" event and we actively participate every year. It is a unique chance to showcase our ROV and promote STEM subjects among young female students of local schools, in order to increase their awareness of STEM careers.
03
OPEN DAYS @ Uni of Sheffield
We actively participate every year at the 'Open Day' events of the University of Sheffield. That has allowed us to show our work to prospective students and increase the visibility of our team. Our interactive demonstrations and engaging talks are always one of the top highlights of these events.
